High Tech PTA Newsletter

Dear Families:

Our Direct Giving Broncos Tailgate is this Sunday! Have you heard, the host families have a football signed by Peyton Manning that will be used to help raise funds at the event?!?! Speaking of funds, yes Direct Giving parties are fundraisers because our public school needs extra funding, but they are also FUN! Here’s what families have said about attending HTES Direct Giving parties:

“I had so much fun!” “I didn’t think a party to raise money would be so much fun!” “I had a great time getting to know my kids’ teachers outside the classroom.” “That was a really fun party.”

Our parties are FUN and we spend very little time talking about donating. When it is time to donate, there is a separate location to do it and all donations are anonymous and never made public at the party or in any other venue.

The Broncos are 4-0, Jim ‘N Nick’s is providing lunch, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, the game live-streaming,  lots of adult beverages and child care is covered by the PTA for kids ages 3+. There’s no reason not to join us Sunday, even if just for a portion of the game! RSVP at https://htes-broncos.thersvpapp.com/

And, don’t forget to have the kids submit a drawing for our Broncos Drawing Contest – entries will be accepted all day Friday, October 9, 2015 — winners to be announced at Sunday’s tailgate.
